Yoga is a framework I use to live more in the present, to practice kindness towards myself and others, to regulate my nervous system, and to create more ease and strength in my physical body. Sessions are crafted to align with your current journey. This may include movement, Reiki, breath work, mantra, & more. Available for prenatal, private, and group sessions.
Virtual/ Home Studio - $100/hour
Craft a personalized practice just for you! Build strength, flexibility, & awareness through movement, breath work, meditation, and more. Group sessions available, reach out for pricing. I can accommodate up to 3 people at my home studio and we can do more for online sessions. This is for online or in person sessions at my home in East Atlanta.
REIKI ADD ON: Shared with the world by Master Usui, Reiki is a beautiful and powerful method that can be added on to a yoga or Thai bodywork service for an additional $30 for 30 minutes. Through the power of gentle touch or distance healing, we facilitate the flow of energy, promoting harmony and restoring your body's natural ability to heal itself.
I come to you! This is for one on one movement instruction crafted specially to your needs. See above description for more info. One-on-one custom individual & group sessions available, contact me for multiple participant pricing. Mobile sessions start at $140 for locations within a 20 minute driving radius.
Tarot Readings
Tarot is an interpretative tool used to inspire & awaken one's imagination. It is a dialogue between you & the cards, an opportunity to consider the present moment and gain insight. Readings include a customized centering/ mediation, and a follow up summary email with card descriptions & practices/ ritual suggestions. Virtual or in-person, one on one or groups!
Meet virtually via zoom or at my home studio in East Lake. Tarot cards are tools for insight and tapping into the power of awareness. The symbolism, mythology & interpretations gleaned when working with a reading can be an invaluable resource for inspiration and intention setting in one's life. Includes a centering/ short meditation, unique card pulls from various decks, and a summary email sent to you after. Sessions last about an hour.
I come to you! Pricing reflects destinations within 20 minutes of my home studio in East Lake. For areas outside of this range, please contact me for pricing. I also do readings for birthday parties, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, etc. Contact me to discuss details! Sessions last about an hour.
Using your birth information for guidance, we do a spread based around the Moon phase you were born under. Includes a custom gemstone bracelet made for you inspired by the cards pulled. Level up to a 108 bead mala necklace starting at $108 (final pricing depends on stones selected and style). Mobile sessions for this offering within driving distances of 20 minutes of my home start at $185.
Thai Yoga Bodywork
Thai Yoga Bodywork offers greater flexibility, increased energy flow, deep relaxation & a feeling of well-being. Inspired by Thai Massage, the work incorporates assisted stretches with compression & pressure point work. It is done fully clothed while either lying on one's back, stomach or side, and/ or sitting upright on a Thai massage mat.
This is for Thai Bodywork sessions at my home studio in the East Lake/ East Atlanta area.
Masks optional. If you are sick or have a fever, please do not book at this time. Address provided at time of booking. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. I do have two puppies who may be home at the time of service. If you are allergic or are uneasy with dogs, please let me know. They are aggressive lovers who enjoy giving kisses and demanding attention.

I come to you! This is for a 60 minute Thai Bodywork session at your location. I bring the Thai mat, sheets, bolsters, and blankets but please have your own pillow with pillowcase available to use. Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom and ease of movement. Let me know if there are specific considerations I need to be aware of before our appointment - pregnancy, recent injuries, allergies to essential oils, etc. Pricing is for locations within a 20 minute driving radius of my home.
